The main abnormality is a markedly elevated creatinine, indicating significant renal impairment. Mildly elevated ALT suggests possible mild liver involvement, but other liver parameters are within normal limits. Alkaline phosphatase is low, which is usually not clinically significant. Electrolytes, glucose, proteins, and lipid profile are within or near normal limits. Recommend clinical correlation and further evaluation of renal function.
