Most parameters are within normal limits. There is mild erythrocytopenia (low RBC count) with normal hemoglobin and indices, suggesting possible early or compensated anemia. Platelet count is normal but platelet distribution width is elevated, which may indicate increased platelet size variability. Urine specific gravity is slightly low, possibly reflecting dilute urine. No evidence of infection, hematuria, or proteinuria. Overall, no acute pathology detected; recommend clinical correlation and follow-up if symptoms persist.
