Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated serum creatinine, proteinuria, glucosuria, bilirubinuria, and low urine specific gravity, suggesting impaired renal function with possible nephrotic features and tubular dysfunction. Hemoglobin is elevated, possibly due to hemoconcentration. Urine is cloudy and brown but without evidence of infection. Further nephrological evaluation is recommended.
