| The patient shows elevated creatinine, suggesting impaired renal function. Urinalysis reveals significant proteinuria, glucosuria, ketonuria, low specific gravity, and abnormal urine appearance (cloudy, brown, ammoniacal), indicating possible nephropathy and/or tubular dysfunction. HbA1c is low, ruling out chronic hyperglycemia. No evidence of urinary infection. Recommend further nephrological evaluation and assessment for possible acute or chronic kidney disease. |
