Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated creatinine, significant proteinuria, glycosuria, and ketonuria, with low urine specific gravity and low HbA1c. These findings suggest impaired renal function, likely chronic kidney disease, and possible tubular dysfunction. The presence of glucose and ketones in urine with normal blood glucose and low HbA1c may indicate renal glycosuria and ketonuria rather than diabetes. Urine abnormalities (cloudy, brown) warrant further nephrological evaluation and assessment for possible underlying renal pathology.
