| All blood and urine parameters are within normal limits except for mildly decreased total CO₂ (21.7 mmol/L), elevated MCHC (36.0 g/dL), and low urine specific gravity (1.0). These findings may suggest mild metabolic acidosis, possible spherocytosis or sample artifact, and dilute urine, respectively. No evidence of infection, renal dysfunction, or diabetes. Clinical correlation is advised. |
