The patient shows elevated serum creatinine, significant proteinuria, ketonuria, glucosuria, and bilirubinuria, with low urine specific gravity and low HbA1c. These findings suggest impaired renal function, likely chronic kidney disease, with possible tubular dysfunction. The presence of ketones and glucose in urine despite low-normal blood glucose and low HbA1c may indicate a non-diabetic cause (e.g., starvation, renal glycosuria). Urine appearance and color may suggest underlying pathology. Recommend further nephrological evaluation and correlation with clinical findings.
