Urinalysis reveals significant proteinuria, glucosuria, and ketonuria, with low specific gravity, suggesting possible diabetic nephropathy or another renal pathology. Hemoglobin A1c is low, which may reflect recent hypoglycemia or anemia. No evidence of urinary tract infection is present. Recommend further nephrological evaluation and assessment of glycemic status.
