Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
Most parameters are within normal limits. However, there is marked hyperbilirubinemia (total bilirubin 11.9 mg/dL) and significantly elevated creatinine (2.8 mg/dL), indicating possible hepatic dysfunction and acute or chronic renal impairment. Critically low arterial pH (6.9) suggests severe acidemia, and oxygen saturation is slightly reduced. These findings are concerning for multi-organ dysfunction and require urgent clinical evaluation and intervention.
