Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
Most parameters are within normal limits. Mildly elevated creatinine may suggest early renal impairment; consider monitoring renal function. Hemoglobin is slightly low, possibly indicating mild anemia. Platelet count is marginally elevated, which may be reactive but should be correlated clinically. Glucose control and lipid profile are satisfactory. No acute abnormalities detected. Recommend clinical correlation and follow-up of renal and hematologic parameters.
