Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated hemoglobin, creatinine, and total bilirubin, with low prothrombin time, arterial pH (acidemia), and slightly reduced arterial oxygen saturation. These findings suggest possible dehydration or polycythemia, significant renal impairment, hyperbilirubinemia (likely non-hepatocellular), and metabolic/respiratory acidosis. Other parameters are within normal limits. Clinical correlation and further evaluation of renal and hepatic function, as well as acid-base status, are recommended.
