The patient shows elevated serum creatinine, indicating impaired renal function. Urinalysis reveals significant proteinuria, glucosuria, low specific gravity, and abnormal urine appearance (cloudy, brown, ammoniacal), suggesting possible nephrotic syndrome or diabetic nephropathy. No evidence of urinary tract infection (negative nitrites, leukocytes, hemoglobin). Further nephrological evaluation and assessment for diabetes are recommended.
