Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows poor glycemic control (elevated HbA1c), dyslipidemia (high total cholesterol, LDL, and triglycerides), and a high platelet distribution width. Renal function, electrolytes, and blood counts are within normal limits. Recommend review of diabetes and lipid management, and clinical correlation for cardiovascular risk. No evidence of acute renal or hematologic abnormalities.
