Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The results show mildly increased HbA1c (6.0%) at the upper limit of normal, low fasting glucose (65.1 mg/dL), low HDL cholesterol, and low total CO₂, which may suggest mild metabolic acidosis. Platelet distribution width is elevated, possibly indicating platelet activation or variability. Renal, liver, and hematological parameters are within normal limits. Recommend clinical correlation for hypoglycemia, cardiovascular risk (low HDL), and possible metabolic acidosis.
