Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows poor glycemic control (HbA1c 6.9%) and dyslipidemia (elevated cholesterol and triglycerides), increasing cardiovascular risk. Mildly elevated creatinine and potassium may indicate early renal impairment, but urine microalbumin/creatinine is normal. Liver function and electrolytes are within normal limits. Recommend clinical correlation for diabetes and renal function management, and consider lipid-lowering therapy.
