| The patient shows elevated serum creatinine, significant proteinuria, glucosuria, and ketonuria, with low urine specific gravity and low HbA1c. These findings suggest impaired renal function, possible tubular dysfunction, and abnormal glucose handling not explained by chronic hyperglycemia. Urine appearance is abnormal but no evidence of infection. Further nephrological evaluation is recommended. |
