The patient shows mild normocytic, normochromic anemia (low hemoglobin, hematocrit, and erythrocyte count with normal MCV and MCH), which may suggest chronic disease or early iron deficiency. Platelet count is normal, but platelet distribution width is elevated, possibly indicating increased platelet size variability, which can be seen in various reactive or hematologic conditions. Further clinical correlation and investigation are recommended.
