Most parameters are within normal limits. There is mild elevation of hemoglobin and hematocrit, which may suggest relative hemoconcentration or dehydration. Platelet mean volume and distribution width are slightly increased, possibly indicating increased platelet turnover. Urine specific gravity is low, suggesting dilute urine. No evidence of infection or renal dysfunction. Correlate clinically for hydration status and consider repeat testing if clinically indicated.
