Platelet mean volume and distribution width are slightly increased, possibly indicating increased platelet turnover. Urine specific gravity is low, suggesting dilute urine. No evidence of infection or renal dysfunction. Correlate clinically for hydration status and consider repeat testing if clinically indicated.
