Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
All results are within normal limits except for a mildly elevated HbA1c (5.9%), which suggests impaired glucose tolerance or prediabetes. Glucose is currently normal. Recommend clinical correlation and consideration of lifestyle modification and follow-up HbA1c testing. No evidence of renal or electrolyte abnormalities.
