| The patient shows markedly elevated creatinine, proteinuria, and ketonuria, with low urine specific gravity and abnormal urine appearance, suggesting significant renal dysfunction, possibly acute or chronic kidney disease with nephrotic-range proteinuria. Low HbA1c excludes chronic hyperglycemia. No evidence of urinary tract infection. Prompt nephrology evaluation is recommended. |
