Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
Most parameters are within normal limits. Notable findings include elevated total cholesterol and triglycerides, and low HDL cholesterol, indicating increased cardiovascular risk. The total CO₂ is slightly low, which may suggest mild metabolic acidosis but should be correlated clinically. Glucose and HbA1c are within acceptable ranges. Renal function and microalbumin/creatinine ratio are normal. Recommend addressing dyslipidemia and monitoring acid-base status as clinically indicated.
