| The patient shows significant renal impairment (elevated creatinine, marked proteinuria), mild hypoglycemia, and abnormal urine findings (glucosuria, ketonuria, proteinuria, low specific gravity, brown color, ammoniacal odor). Liver and electrolyte parameters are within normal limits. Findings suggest possible acute or chronic kidney dysfunction, likely with nephrotic-range proteinuria and possible glycemic dysregulation. Recommend urgent clinical evaluation and nephrology consultation. |
