| The patient shows mild renal impairment (elevated creatinine), hypoglycemia, low HbA1c, metabolic acidosis (low CO₂), and abnormal urinalysis with proteinuria, glycosuria, ketonuria, low specific gravity, and abnormal urine appearance. Findings suggest possible diabetic ketoacidosis or another metabolic disturbance, with renal involvement. Clinical correlation and further evaluation are recommended. |
