Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated hemoglobin, platelets, creatinine, and markedly increased total bilirubin, suggesting possible polycythemia, renal impairment, and significant hyperbilirubinemia (likely hepatic or post-hepatic origin). There is also metabolic acidosis (low pH, low pCO₂, low O₂ saturation). Prothrombin time is slightly low but INR is normal. Liver enzymes are within normal limits. Recommend urgent clinical correlation for renal and hepatic dysfunction and assessment of acid-base status.
