The results show a mildly decreased erythrocyte count with normal hemoglobin and MCV, slightly elevated hematocrit, and a markedly increased platelet distribution width. These findings may suggest mild erythrocytopenia with possible hemoconcentration or dehydration and increased platelet size variability. Correlation with clinical context and repeat testing if indicated are recommended.
