Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows mildly elevated serum creatinine, suggesting possible renal impairment. Urinalysis reveals proteinuria, glucosuria, ketonuria, low specific gravity, and abnormal urine appearance, indicating possible tubular dysfunction or diabetic nephropathy, though HbA1c is low. Low total CO₂ may suggest mild metabolic acidosis. No evidence of urinary infection. Recommend further renal evaluation and clinical correlation for possible underlying metabolic or renal pathology.
