Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows mildly decreased HbA1c and creatinine, and a slightly elevated chloride. Glucose, renal function, electrolytes, and lipid profile are within normal limits. The low HbA1c may reflect recent hypoglycemia or anemia; low creatinine is likely due to reduced muscle mass in advanced age. No acute laboratory abnormalities requiring intervention are evident. Recommend clinical correlation.
