Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated creatinine, significant proteinuria, glucosuria, and ketonuria, with low urine specific gravity and brown, cloudy urine. Blood glucose is normal, but HbA1c is low. These findings suggest impaired renal function (possible acute or chronic kidney disease) with evidence of renal tubular dysfunction (possibly Fanconi syndrome or similar), and no current hyperglycemia. Urinalysis does not indicate infection. Further nephrological evaluation is recommended.
