The results show mild normocytic, normochromic anemia (low hemoglobin, hematocrit, erythrocytes, and borderline low MCV) with normal leukocyte and platelet counts. The elevated platelet distribution width may indicate increased platelet size variability, possibly reflecting reactive changes. Further evaluation for anemia etiology (iron status, bleeding, chronic disease) is recommended.
