Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows markedly elevated creatinine, proteinuria, and abnormal urine findings (cloudy, brown, low specific gravity), suggesting significant renal dysfunction. Low HbA1c and normal glucose argue against diabetes. Mild metabolic acidosis is present (low CO₂). Lipid profile shows low total and HDL cholesterol. Urinalysis also reveals glucosuria and ketonuria. Findings are consistent with acute or chronic kidney disease, possibly with nephrotic features and impaired concentrating ability. Prompt nephrology evaluation is recommended.
