Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows impaired renal function (elevated creatinine), mild metabolic acidosis (low CO₂, high chloride), and significant proteinuria, glycosuria, and ketonuria, suggesting possible diabetic nephropathy or another renal pathology despite low HbA1c. Urine findings (cloudy, brown, low specific gravity) may indicate renal impairment or dehydration. HDL is low, increasing cardiovascular risk. Recommend further nephrological evaluation and assessment for underlying metabolic or renal disorders.
