Most parameters are within normal limits. Notable findings include markedly elevated total and LDL cholesterol, which increases cardiovascular risk and should be addressed. Total CO₂ is slightly low, possibly indicating mild metabolic acidosis or compensation. Platelet distribution width is elevated, which may reflect increased platelet variability but is nonspecific. Renal, glucose, and hematologic parameters are normal. Recommend clinical correlation and consideration of lipid-lowering therapy.
