All measured parameters are within normal limits except for mildly low creatinine, which is not clinically significant, and elevated total and LDL cholesterol, indicating increased cardiovascular risk. Glucose control is adequate, renal function and electrolytes are stable, and there is no evidence of microalbuminuria. Recommend addressing hypercholesterolemia as per guidelines.
