Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows significantly elevated creatinine, proteinuria, and abnormal urine findings (cloudy, brown, low specific gravity, ketonuria, glucosuria), suggesting impaired renal function, possibly acute or chronic kidney disease. Metabolic acidosis is indicated by low CO₂. Lipid profile shows hypercholesterolemia and low HDL. Blood glucose and HbA1c are normal, but glucosuria and ketonuria may indicate renal glycosuria or possible non-diabetic ketoacidosis. Recommend urgent nephrology evaluation and further assessment for underlying renal pathology.
