The patient shows elevated serum creatinine, indicating possible renal impairment. Urinalysis reveals proteinuria, glucosuria, and ketonuria, with low specific gravity and abnormal urine appearance, suggesting impaired renal function and possible tubular damage. Blood glucose and HbA1c are not elevated, so diabetes is unlikely. Findings are consistent with non-diabetic renal disease; further nephrological evaluation is recommended. No evidence of urinary tract infection.
