The patient shows mild hypoglycemia, elevated creatinine suggesting possible renal impairment, and metabolic acidosis (low CO₂). Urinalysis reveals proteinuria, glycosuria, ketonuria, low specific gravity, and abnormal urine appearance, indicating possible diabetic nephropathy or acute kidney injury. No evidence of urinary tract infection. Recommend further evaluation of renal function, glycemic control, and assessment for underlying diabetes or other metabolic disorders.
