Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
Most parameters are within normal limits. Notable findings include elevated creatinine (2.9 mg/dL) suggesting impaired renal function, markedly increased total and LDL cholesterol, and significantly elevated total bilirubin (6.5 mg/dL) with low AST, which may indicate non-hepatocellular causes of hyperbilirubinemia. Severe metabolic acidosis is present (arterial pH 6.8, low O2 saturation). Immediate clinical evaluation is recommended due to critical acid-base disturbance and possible renal and hepatic dysfunction.
