Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows mildly elevated serum and blood creatinine, suggesting possible renal impairment. Urinalysis reveals proteinuria, glucosuria, low specific gravity, and abnormal appearance, indicating possible renal dysfunction or tubular damage. Blood glucose is borderline high, but HbA1c is unexpectedly low, possibly due to analytical or clinical factors. No evidence of urinary infection. Recommend further renal evaluation and correlation with clinical findings.
