| The patient shows marked hypoxemia, mild leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, lymphopenia, and neutropenia, with elevated monocytes and basophils. There is severe hyperbilirubinemia and elevated creatinine, suggesting significant liver dysfunction and renal impairment. The low ALT with high bilirubin may indicate advanced liver disease or cholestasis. Immediate clinical correlation and further evaluation are recommended. |
