| The patient shows evidence of normocytic, mildly hypochromic anemia, significant renal dysfunction (elevated creatinine), marked hyperbilirubinemia, mild hypoglycemia, and metabolic acidosis (low pH, low O2 saturation). Liver enzymes are not elevated, but low ALT may reflect decreased hepatic synthetic function. Coagulation is mildly altered (prolonged aPTT, low PT). Findings suggest acute or chronic renal and hepatic dysfunction with possible hemolysis; urgent clinical correlation and further evaluation are recommended. |
