Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows hypoglycemia, low HbA1c, elevated creatinine, and significant proteinuria, suggesting possible chronic kidney disease with impaired glucose metabolism. Urine findings (cloudy, brown, low specific gravity, ketonuria, proteinuria, bilirubinuria) may indicate renal dysfunction and possible hepatic involvement. No evidence of urinary tract infection. Clinical correlation and further nephrological and hepatic evaluation are recommended.
