Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows markedly elevated NT-proBNP, suggesting possible heart failure or significant cardiac stress. Lipid profile reveals high LDL and low HDL cholesterol, increasing cardiovascular risk. Serum protein is slightly low, and magnesium is mildly elevated. Other parameters, including renal, liver, hematologic, and glycemic markers, are within normal limits. Clinical correlation and further cardiac evaluation are recommended.
