Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated serum creatinine, low serum glucose, and significant proteinuria with low urine specific gravity, glucosuria, ketonuria, and bilirubinuria. These findings suggest impaired renal function, possibly nephrotic syndrome or diabetic nephropathy, and possible tubular dysfunction. Urine is cloudy and brown but without evidence of infection. Further nephrological and metabolic evaluation is recommended.
