| The patient shows mildly elevated HbA1c, indicating prediabetes or suboptimal glycemic control. Chloride is slightly elevated, which may reflect mild electrolyte imbalance but is not clinically significant in isolation. Lipid profile and renal function are within normal limits. No evidence of significant proteinuria. Overall, results are largely unremarkable except for mild hyperglycemia; recommend monitoring glucose control. |
