| Urinalysis shows significant leukocyturia, bacteriuria, positive nitrites, and >100,000 CFU/mL E. coli, consistent with a urinary tract infection. Presence of hematuria and low specific gravity are noted; no casts detected. No ketonuria or significant proteinuria. Recommend clinical correlation and consideration of antibiotic therapy. |
