The patient shows elevated serum creatinine, low total CO₂, and significant proteinuria, suggesting possible renal impairment. Urinalysis reveals proteinuria, glucosuria, mild ketonuria, low specific gravity, and abnormal urine appearance (cloudy, brown, ammoniacal), but no evidence of infection (negative nitrites/leukocytes). Findings are consistent with renal dysfunction, possibly diabetic nephropathy or another glomerular pathology. Further nephrological evaluation is recommended.
