Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows mild renal impairment (elevated creatinine), metabolic acidosis (low CO₂), and significant proteinuria, glycosuria, ketonuria, and bilirubinuria, suggesting possible diabetic nephropathy or another renal pathology. Blood glucose and HbA1c are low, indicating hypoglycemia and no evidence of chronic hyperglycemia. Urine is abnormal in appearance and color. Recommend urgent clinical correlation for renal and metabolic status, and further evaluation for underlying causes.
