Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows impaired fasting glucose with normal HbA1c, suggesting possible early glucose metabolism disturbance. Lipid profile indicates significant dyslipidemia (high total cholesterol, LDL, triglycerides, and low HDL), increasing cardiovascular risk. Renal function and electrolytes are within normal limits except for mildly elevated chloride. Urine microalbumin/creatinine is normal. Recommend further evaluation for metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular risk management.
