Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
Most parameters are within normal limits. Mild anemia is present (low hemoglobin), with normal red cell indices, suggesting possible early or mild normocytic anemia. Chloride and platelet distribution width are slightly elevated, but without other significant abnormalities. Urinalysis is unremarkable except for low specific gravity, which may indicate dilute urine or overhydration. No evidence of infection, renal dysfunction, or diabetes. Clinical correlation and follow-up of anemia are recommended.
