Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows normocytic, normochromic anemia, markedly elevated creatinine (suggesting significant renal impairment), severe hyperbilirubinemia, prolonged aPTT, and severe metabolic acidosis (arterial pH 6.8). Chloride is mildly elevated. Liver enzymes are not elevated, but ALT is slightly low. These findings indicate acute or chronic renal failure with severe acidosis and possible coagulopathy and hyperbilirubinemia; urgent clinical evaluation is recommended.
